Grabl operates an API service that solves browser human-verification challenges. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Usage information: API requests, credits used, rate-limit activity, and solve success/failure metrics shown in your dashboard.
• Payment information: payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never store your card details.
• Technical information: IP address and basic request metadata — see our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process payments, show usage analytics in your dashboard, detect and prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to run the service (such as our payment processor), or when required by law.

Data retention

• Account data: deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Billing records: retained for 7 years as required for tax compliance.
• API usage logs: retained for 90 days.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls that limit who can view production data.

International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
